Embroidery

Would you like to personalize your item(s) with a custom design, for example, in the branding of your stable or company? We collaborate with an embroidery studio to offer you this service. When you provide your logo for embroidery, it needs to be formatted in a vector file. For this, we charge a one-time design fee. Once the logo is in our system, there are no additional costs.

Items we can embroider include: rugs, saddle pads, fly hats, stall curtains, stable doors, director's chairs, and clothing. Do you have a special item you'd like to have embroidered? Feel free to contact us for a consultation.

Sharpening clipper blades

When you notice that your electric razor or razor blades require maintenance, you can drop them off at our store or send them to us. We collaborate with a sharpening service to provide you with sharp blades for your razor. Additionally, we can provide maintenance for all brands of razor blades. You'll have your blades or razor back in no time and be ready to go! Contact us for an estimate of when you can pick up the blades.

We can sharpen almost all types of blades, such as Andis, Heiniger, and Lister. Contact us for specific requests.

This way, you as a rider can ride without worries!

Bit advice & Testing

Finding the right bit for your horse can sometimes be a complicated and expensive journey. Before you know it, you may have purchased several bits that ultimately aren't suitable for your horse. To prevent this, you can contact our bit specialist and try out different bits. If you want to test a bit, you can order it in the usual way through our website.

If the bit is not what you're looking for after testing, you have 2 weeks to return it. We will then assess whether the bit is undamaged. Unfortunately, if the bit is damaged, we cannot accept it back. If the bit is returned undamaged and within the specified period after testing, we will charge a €10 testing fee. The remaining purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will then be credited to you.

Some bits are excluded from testing and returning due to materials that show signs of use quickly. These bits include: all Poponcini bits, Trust Inno Sense, Trust Sweet Iron, Beris Prime, plastic bits, sponge bits, and leather bits.

Riding boot service

HorseOnline stocks the standard models Harley, Harley Scott Brash, and Marilyn from Tucci, but can also provide custom-made riding boots from Tucci. All models can be customized to your own taste, for example, with a different color, decorative stones, or a patent leather top. This also applies to all Tucci jodhpurs and half chaps. Prefer a different color or patent leather instead of perforated leather? Tucci can make all products completely custom-made!
