Shipping & returns
Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner DPD Parcel to the delivery address you specified. The conditions of DPD Parcel apply to this.
Are you not at home to receive your order and is delivery to the neighbors also not possible? DPD will then deliver your package to the nearest Pickup parcelshop after the first delivery attempt. You can read where you can pick up your package on the not-home message, which has been left for you by the driver.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected], or by filling in the return form and returning the package. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Customized items and outlet items cannot be returned.

The replacement item will be shipped after receipt of the return.
Bits are delivered in a transparent packaging so that you can view the bit well.
If the packaging has been opened, we are unfortunately forced to charge the €10 test costs.
