Safety

Riding is a passionate sport but can also be a dangerous one. In all disciplines of equestrian sports, regardless of the level, injuries can occur due to a fall. The safety of the rider is therefore increasingly emphasized. HorseOnline offers Airbag vests from the brand Horse Pilot. These Airbag vests have been developed in close collaboration with a company specializing in personal protection for skiing and motorcycling. The vests provide protection for vital areas such as the abdomen, chest, neck, shoulders, back, and spine of the rider. The airbag jacket is attached to the saddle stirrup hooks with an elastic cord. When you fall, the magnetic closure releases and automatically activates the airbag system, inflating the airbag jacket completely and fully in a fraction of a second.

The vests are thin, not noticable, and very lightweight to wear. The vest can be worn over or under the competition jacket. However, please note that if you wear the vest under your competition jacket and it comes off, the seams of your jacket may tear. Nowadays, the vests are not only seen at national competitions but also gaining popularity in top-level international sports.

In addition to the safety vests, HorseOnline also offers helmets that comply with the latest safety certifications and various safety stirrups.
