Trm Biotin (vitamin B8) is the most important vitamin in the process of hoof growth and maintenance. A shortage of biotin in the feed can lead to poor quality of the horn, such as moderate hoof growth, soft hooves, crumbled hooves, cracked hooves or an abnormal hoof shape.
